We have been working with Voltage New Media for almost 3 years and each time we need to elevate and optimize our website, they have been our GO TO partner to make this happen. They listen to our business needs, provide "best practices" on what themes to choose, what apps to adds, not add, and a large focus on MOBILE first design.

Their process is seamless and efficient and we are able to complete our PRODUCT ROAD MAP in a timely manner, meeting all our goals, focusing a QA and ensuring we are 100% ready before go live. Their follow up and sense of urgency with any questions is wonderful.

I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for Shopify Expert

We had a great experience working with Voltage. Matt helped us design a user-friendly and visually clean custom Shopify website for our large and complex online store. Throughout the process, he was very responsive and quick to help whenever we had a question or concern. The web design and development workflow was well-organized and the results were top-notch. Matt came up with several creative solutions to help solve our unique needs. We would highly recommend working with Voltage, and look forward to continuing with them in further developing our website.

Matt worked closely with us to create exactly what we wanted - from sketch to reality. Matt built half a dozen custom galleries, rearranged our home page and made several customizations to our product pages and product image view. Matt provided great design guidance and insight and pitched us some great solutions that we wouldn't have necessarily considered otherwise. Matt additionally built in the ability to change our mind, which is priceless. We will definitely be reaching out to him for additional projects next month and in the future!

Voltage did an outstanding job. Can't recommend them highly enough. Matt and his team did some extremely complicated additions to our site and we are to meet every request we made. The price was extremely fair. The communication was seamless. Will be using them for all our future Shopify development needs.

Working with Matt was easy and efficient. The Voltage team is friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. We were able to complete our project in a timely manner and within our budget. We will certainly be using them again and would highly recommend their services.

Our experience with Voltage far surpassed our expectations for our custom modifications we requested. Our company worked directly with Matt and he accomplished all of the work timely, with great communication throughout the project. We would highly recommend Matt and the rest of the skilled Voltage team!

We wanted to upgrade our website as it needed to get out of the 2015's. Matt and Sarah were amazing, they helped us through the whole process, we got exactly what we wanted and a website that we are really proud of. Matt is a Shopify genius... His ability to move through Shopify was incredible. We are very happy and would highly recommend. All the best from the Resthouse team

Overall, I appreciated how detailed their analysis of my company's website was and how honest they were in reviewing what services my site needed. I feel like most companies would have taken the opportunity to try to upsell me, but instead, they were completely upfront about what services would actually result in improvements for my site.

Would definitely recommend them to a friend!

Voltage did a really great job - and made suggestions along the way of the project. I felt like i was talking to a true advisor rather than just someone who was doing exactly what they're told to do. That's a rare but essential skill as most site owners don't know what they don't know about site optimization! Will hire again for sure.

Matt at Voltage was impressively quick to not only respond to my requests, though follow through with speedy execution. Our team was frantic about our site all of a sudden not loading on mobile, and within an hour of emailing him, Matt had made updates to our site so that it was up and live again. As result, we didn't have to lose out on any more sales due to down time. During this process, he also provided us with an insightful report on why our page was slow to load and how to fix it. Would highly recommend, and will work with him again on future projects.

Voltage Media was instrumental in setting up our first store in the US and then helping us grow with a store in the EU where we had to tackle a variety of complexities, custom features and coding. We could count on Voltage New Media to find solutions to unique problems, whether it be apps or custom coding to solve our issues and enhance the user experience. We continue to rely on Voltage to guide us through expansion and growth.

I have been working with Matt Magi at Voltage New Media for almost two years. He has worked with us on various projects to make our website better aesthetically and increase the functionality. Working with Matt on these projects has been a pleasure. We tell him the ideas that we have for our website and he will provide us with feedback on how he thinks it should be implemented into our website. He inputs his knowledge and expertise into every project and it always comes out better than expected. I highly recommend anyone that wants to upgrade their website to work with Matt.

Then we found Voltage Media!

Our company has previously worked with two other web design agencies that yielded average results at best, and arriving at those results was a painstaking process. Then we found Voltage Media. From the get-go it felt like the long search for a Shopify web-design partner was over at last. When we saw the results, that feeling was overwhelmingly confirmed. With Matt and Voltage Media, we finally had a website that we could be proud of and were eager to show the world. We wanted our site to be more than just an online store – we see it as a virtual calling card that projects who we are as a company and includes the things we care about. Matt was able to accomplish this in a way that saw our vision become a reality, while at the same time majorly enhancing our e-commerce capabilities through his detailed knowledge of Shopify. He was able to include the features that we’d previously thought were out of reach, and made for a much-improved user experience. We’ve seen increased sales and customer satisfaction, no doubt in part because of this. Now we have a Shopify store that looks and functions the best it ever has. Everything was done in a way that was clear and transparent by Voltage Media, and pricing and timeliness were generally consistent with expectations. Our company, Gigi Seasons, would recommend Voltage Media to anyone looking for a high-quality Shopify site.

Matt @ Voltage was quite superb and a great help to us in so many ways . It was a real pleasure working with Matt. Project was completed exactly when and how Matt set out how it would so there was no surprises , trapdoors or excuses - just great work ethic , super attitude and really professional . Matt has a keen eye for balancing design with user experience and making a site as optimized for selling as possible without going overboard and remaining tasteful . We got some great recommendations in our pre project chat with Matt which we implemented before starting and this really allowed Matt to express his vision as best as he could ( I say as best as he could as we had already opted for a Theme so he had to work within the confines of this theme) .
Getting some extra and custom development work done was not an issue.
We got everything we had hoped for and ALOT more from Voltage Media. Could not HIGHLY RECOMMEND enough to anyone looking for a no nonsense experience. GREAT to work with .

We worked with Matt on building a new website for our extended lifestyle brand for Prince Tennis called www.princeoffcourt.com and we had less than 1 month to do it.
This was a very fast project and Matt was able to provide great feedback on what theme we needed (which was video focused), and how to get the website ready in a very fast time frame.
He gave us all the right information such as assets needed, sizes, and much more so we were productive and fast in making it happen.

If you're thinking about getting a website built, Matt is the guy to go to to make it happen.

Matt at Voltage was UNBELIEVABLE in his communication, vision and execution. Matt has helped us through the entire site rebuild process, showing us what can be done & what should be done. Small tweaks were handled quickly and properly. He was quick and professional, and I couldn't recommend him or Voltage New Media any more highly. Amazing job - five stars. Thanks Matt & Voltage!

Voltage New Media has been an excellent collaborator. Clear communications about both process and cost. With subsequent excellent delivery of exactly what was discussed, plus a few extra clever things here and there. Plus the fact that they patiently educated us in aspects that we didn't really grasp. I can highly recommend VNM to anyone thinking about working with Shopify or if you want improvements or a redesign of your store. Very good people.

Our team was looking for an expert that had the experience to handle various development requests, as well as the flexibility to complete a project in a timely, efficient manner. Matt and the Voltage New Media staff exceeded expectations and together we achieved functionalities for brandonsteiner.com not seen on the Shopify platform before, as the project to redesign Brandon Steiner's website was primarily content-based. In the end, the solution created dynamically displays video, audio and text-based content and we could not be happier. Bravo, Matt + team!

Voltage New Media has helped our company's website in numerous ways. Whether we are experiencing a small website bug, or want to redesign a part of our website, they are always quick to respond and have great communication. They really understand the Shopify platform and help us make it a seamless experience for our customers!

Matt and the Voltage Media team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were professional, timely and on top of their game. Matt went above and beyond to get our project done and I would highly recommend, he has a great perspective on eCommerce and extremely good about figuring out issues and bugs. Again, would highly recommend!

Matt and the Voltage New Media team are great to work with. They helped us building and designing the store, launching it and then doing different customization projects.
The experience and the quality of the work is always great. Matt is very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The communication is impeccable, and they’re always available when we need them.

Matt @ Voltage was nothing but top notch. From his communication to his work, he did everything at a high level. Matt was incredibly prompt and typically waiting on us for things to move forward. He went above and beyond to help us out and get us exactly what we needed. I couldn't recommend Voltage more highly.

The Voltage New Media team went above and beyond to ensure we were ecstatic with our new website and online shop. Their responsiveness, hands-on approach, and creativity sets them apart from others and we would absolutely work them again in a heartbeat. Instead of working with a faceless agency, they felt like an extension of our team and continue to really understand our vision.

Voltage has helped us with a website rebuild, theme tweaks & support over the past few years. They have also helped us with Facebook marketing. We are very happy with the results & we highly recommend Voltage, their service is great & they deliver results.

Super happy with the outcome of the project. We could see immediate positive results in both performance & speed of our website. Highly recommend Voltage New Media to anyone looking to make an improvement to their website.

Matt and the team were great to work with .. very professional and have a great can do attitude.. highly recommended for any small or large projects you have .. we are already commissioning them for another project

I loved working with Voltage, Matt is very easy to work with, knows exactly what needs to be done, and is very talented. He made our site shoppable and improved it 500%!

Immediate response to my need and a full explanation of the issue at hand. They explained why I didn’t need all of what I thought I did. They will be top of mind for my next project.

The Voltage New Media team was very easy to work, knowledgable and detail oriented. We would definitely hire them again.

Have used Voltage media 10 or more times. I do not look elsewhere.

As always - Perfection. Thank you.

After careful consideration I decided to use Matt & Sarah for work on our website to optimise the speed. Do not let the hourly rate put you off - it is money well spent. I am very happy with the work completed.

Our website is about 2.5 years old and we've tried lots of apps. Matt cleared out leftover code from some of these previously installed apps that were slowing our website down. Matt also assessed two speed boosting apps which were actually not working for the theme (one claimed reduced load times in the app itself but Matt ran tests and found that was not true). An app was also removed and the features coded into our website to further help improve speed. The end result - load times were reduced by 3x. Website is noticeably more responsive now. Plus some saved money from not needing those apps (saving over $25 per month). Matt was also super responsive in his communcation while working on the job.

I will certainly being using Voltage again in the future.

Working with Matt was a pleasure. We did a refresh of careandwear.com to add new photography, variant product pages, ratings & reviews, tiered pricing and SEO. Matt has a great design sense and keen understanding how consumers shop on-line. He is super responsive and has a lot of patience. He is an expert on the Shopify platform and did great research for new functionality we required.

Voltage did an amazing job tackling a difficult custom script project for us in a short time frame. We outlined our initial needs and within a week, we had a script to test. They were ultra-responsive during Q&A and we went live successfully. All this, and at a very reasonable price. Couldn't recommend Voltage more for script projects!

We continue to have a great experience working with Voltage on further developing our web platforms. Matt helped us to separate our unwieldy website into two websites, for wholesale and consumer direct sales channels. He has been very responsive and quick to help whenever we have had questions throughout the process. The work was done quickly, and cleanly, with highly professional results. Matt continues to come up with creative solutions for our unique needs. We highly recommend Voltage for your web development needs, and look forward to continuing with them in further developing our websites.

Really honest people he told my pagespeed is fine and he could only help me improve in in little margins and that he would not advise to put money on this.

It is really rare to meet people online that do not want to rip you off ;) gonna give him some work next time we have a bigger project.

All the best
Hana

Matt was super responsive and explained that my website was working well and it was not worth the money to improve. I appreciate people who aren't trying to make a "quick" buck but genuinely care about his customers. Even though i couldn't hire them this time, I'll definitely keep them in mind for future help/work.

Thank you so much!!! Voltage not only helps us figure out the problems but also saves us so much money by sharing their tips and knowledge for FREE. Frankly, this is the first and the only team I met on Shopify Expert that values the customer's satisfaction and the job itself rather than how much money they could make. You deserve all of those five-star reviews!

www.kagpet.com

They are great! Matt improved my homepage load time by .5 sec and product page load time by 2.5 sec. Highly recommend for optimizing your store.

Great work, smart people and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Matt and team did a great job with updating my site to add colorways to my product pages. There were multiple methodologies and I really appreciated that Matt explained the pros and cons of the different options and what I might lose or gain in functionality in each case. They are professional and clearly experts. I knocked one star because the project took longer than expected to complete. Also, the quality control after implementation wasn't as desired with some bugs that had to be fixed. They fixed everything and left it perfect in the end but some things I would have expected them to catch on their own before handing their work over to me. Overall, I recommend Voltage and plan to continue working with them in the future.

Throughout the years I have hired many different programming companies for different size jobs. As you can imagine we have had all sorts of experiences. Our experience with Voltage has been nothing short of great. The team was quick with their responses, detailed to not leave room for any confusion and most important knowledgable. They had a solution for all of our needs and they executed them flawlessly in a matter of days for a very reasonable price. To sum it up they were professional in all sense of the word!

I would highly recommend Voltage New Media Inc for your store issues. Matt assisted me in creating the colour swatches for my product on my website in 20 minutes. It was super easy for him and impossible for me. I tried the instructional sheets that shopify supplies with no success. Matt went in made the changes and gave me great ideas in his feedback for my site. The changes he recommended were fantastic. Thank you again Matt. Great work and a great result.

I hired voltage to build my shopify site. They delivered more than I expected. They were super responsive, delivered on the days and time we agreed, and provided great insight on design and content. I've had the site live for a week, and I've had no issues, the handover was easy and I feel confident I know how to make changes when/if needed. I'd recommend Voltage in a heartbeat and look forward to working with them again.

Voltage New Media told me I might have meta data issues before I chose them to help me with my store product page issues, which turned out to be right. They also told me they can help me right away on how to fix the issue with a screencast, so I picked them over other gurus with lower prices. The screencast was very short and precise and explained clearly what I need to do. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Matt has been great, he helped us out with some slight customisations we needed for our website www.kabibottle.com before our launch. Matt was professional and responded in a timely matter, he stated things clearly and set out guidelines and timelines for when things would be completed.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at tweaking their website, especially if you have the Pipeline theme from Shopify.

I went to Matt and Sarah because I loved what they did with the design of our website over 6 years ago. When I decided to update the website and add a store I knew I would only go to them. I am so happy with the site and the store. I would highly recommend them. It’s a big investment and you want it done right that’s why I go to them. They are very creative and understand my business.

Sarah and Matt at Voltage New Media were a pleasure to work with - patient, professional, knowledgeable, timely, talented and current.

They recommended a theme that was perfect for my business (when I was set on another one) and delivered a beautifully designed and perfectly customized end product that more than met my expectations (which isn't easy). I would definitely highly recommend them.

Voltage Media has been an exceptional Shopify expert and partner for our business. In fact, we now exclusively work with Voltage Media, as no other Shopify expert has been able to deliver to their high standards.

They are extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication is exceptional, as well as their ability to soundly understand and interpret client briefs, always delivering results that exceed expectations. I would highly, highly recommended the dream team at Voltage Media. Trust me, save your time and money with others, and just go straight to these guys.

Looking forward to working with them again soon!!

We had a small coding issue that needed to be fixed. I just told them my issue, and they were able to offer advice and back and forth consistent communication without going into a full fledged job. Matt was super helpful and they're an awesome team. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them for any coding we need done in the future. Thanks guys!

What impressed us about Matt, is that he is both a Shopify/technical expert and a good designer. He understood exactly what we were trying to achieve in our website. He was also incredibly responsive to our many requests and questions and was always solution oriented. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Matt as our business and needs grow.

Matt & Sarah provided just what the service claimed — Guidance for improving your site performance and speed. Communication was swift, clear, and best of all... humanizing! They are a team who want your site to succeed, just as they want their small business to succeed. Matt certainly knew what he was doing and the work was helpful.

Thanks, Voltage!

We vetted a lot of designers for our store, we had some wireframes we wanted to use and Matt was incredibly easy to work with. He took what we had and actually made it work better than we envisioned. He was incredibly responsive, the process was the easiest I've experienced in any web design project. Our site is easily the best asset we have, we're very content focused so it often requires tweaks and changes as we change as a company and at this point we consider Voltage a part of our team. We're very happy working with them and are looking forward to continuing working with them.

As busy as he was, Matt managed to spend an hour with me on the phone and in that time tweeked my theme to the point where we could actually launch with a faster site. I'll circle back to do a deeper dive but I'm super grateful for both his thoughtfulness and keen insight into optimization strategy. Well done!

I've worked with Matt at Voltage New Media a couple of times now and it's always a positive experience! He is very professional and always works quickly. He is able to take my ideas and create them into exactly what I'm envisioning. I would highly recommend Voltage New Media to anyone with a Shopify store!

Matt is brilliant, we had some urgent work and he smashed it out. He helped us not only get what we wanted, but more importantly, what we needed. Fast, reliable, super responsive - I would highly recommend Matt if you want someone who you can trust to get the job done and get it done well.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Matt at Voltage New Media. He was a huge help in getting our website streamlined and working well for us. Matt was easy to work with, very knowledgable and did excellent job! I would highly recommend Matt and the team at Voltage New Media.

Excellent on all accounts. We needed a major theme update and Matt delivered under budget. He was clear and honest about the work that needed to be done. Matt answers all emails quickly and insures that the job is 100% complete. We look forward to working with him in the future.

Matt at Voltage New Media is fantastic, super helpful with details and queries. My edits were done promptly and efficiently, I highly recommend Matt and his services, and I have referred others to him as well. Thanks Matt, you take the frustration out of the process.

Matt Magi at Voltage is a pleasure to work with. He's extremely knowledgeable, talented and quick. Matt's been able to solve issues that I can barely explain - which is always appreciated. He's also responsive and handles any and all requests needed.

Matt was great to work with, as always. So easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating to all of our off-the-wall requests. Thank you for such a speedy turn around and working with us to get our site looking exactly as we had imagined.

Voltage New Media was fantastic. They communicated timely, understood what needed to be done, worked quickly, and very honest with their billing. I would definitely use them again and am planning on doing so very soon.

Well Done Voltage!

5 stars really isn’t enough! Matt has been my go-to for all my website work! He is amazing and replies to my emails so fast! I have thrown him some curve balls lately but he worked his magic and made it all seem so easy! Thanks Matt!

After sending in the brief Matt promptly got back to us with an estimate. He then executed the job quickly and effectively. Communication was clear and concise throughout the process. Please to work with definitely recommended!

Project took longer than I thought, but Matt was very patient and got things finished. The originally agreed upon budget was honored, even though I felt like it took more time than originally planned, which I appreciated.

Phenomenal experience with them. Even though they were fully booked and couldn't take in our project, they did their very best to help me without expecting anything in return. Would definitely want to work with them soon!

We had such a great experience with Voltage New Media. They created our 'About Us' page, which looks fantastic and was exactly to our specifications. Not only were they reasonably priced when other Shopify Experts were quoting excessively for the job, but the task was completed promptly. Great work, will absolutely use again and would highly recommend.

Matt was great to work with. Fast, reliable and transparent. We discussed the scope of the project and he quoted a fair price and had it done ahead of deadline. We'll definitely be working with Voltage again.

So amazing! Big thank you to Matt! I requested a few theme and code changes that I thought would be impossible, but he worked his magic and made it all seem so simple! super fast turnaround! thank you!!!

Easy to communicate with and upfront about what I should expect. Did the job for a fraction of the price I was quoted elsewhere and it was obvious he actually investigated the issue before quoting me.

I contacted Voltage for and estimate. After our site audit, they determined we didn't require any improvements to the performance and speed of the site. I appreciate their expertise and honesty!

Matt replied within 24 hours and based on his analysis of our website, he said, "your store is loading fairly well and I wouldn't put any budget towards speed optimization if it were me." What else could you expect from a true professional? Highly recommended and I would definitely work with Voltage in the future.

This was our second time working with a Shopify expert to customize a new website, and the experience couldn't have been more different. Working with Matt was so much more positive. He was quick, responsive to feedback, and didn't obliterate our budget. I'll be working with him again in the future.

Asked to investigate speed options, they were honest enough to say that not much could realistically be improved and suggested tips on improving without expensive work being done.

Voltage provided their insights which was exactly what I needed. In addition to a written assessment, they also provided a video pointing out key areas of my site. Nice touch!

Matt provided a candid and timely assessment that demonstrated that optimization would not be necessary. It was commendable and I hope to use his services on another day.

Honest appraisal of my website. They didn't feel that there was too much wrong so told me I'd be wasting money if I took on their services. Refreshing to see such honesty

Voltage New Media completed our tasks in a timely fashion and communicated well throughout the entire process! We will definitely be calling on them for future jobs.

Matt did a fantastic job helping us clean up our Javascript. Our site appears to be much faster. We will certainly use the VOLTAGE team again in the future. Thanks!

Matt helped me understand exactly what I needed and what I didn't. Instead of beating around the bush, he was straight forward and honest. Highly Recommended!

We were introduced to Voltage New Media by another supplier. That supplier was unable to solve our problem with Facebook and thought that Voltage, with their knowledge of Shopify and Facebook Ads would be able to help me. I explained our problem to Matt and after about a dozen emails back and forth, they resolved my problem at no charge. They could have charged me their minimum, but did not. I was delighted and a little shocked.
A few weeks later I had a different problem with Google this time. I sent the problem to Matt and also to a very well-known competitor. Their competitor told me my problem was too complex to be treated as a "small job" and they could not help me.
At the same time, Matt asked me many questions and again after several emails back & forth he was able to show me how to solve the problem myself. He explained that he would be happy to do it for me at their minimum charge of $65 USD but he did not think it would be necessary. With his guidance I was able to fix it myself again at no charge,
This is an honest man and a reputable company. When I have another problem, he will be my first and only contact. He has won and deserves my trust.
Thank you Matt.

Matt and Sarah are a very creative couple who were wonderful to work with. How they managed to get the jumbled mess of ideas out of our heads and produce a beautiful website is amazing. They took care of many things that we thought we would have to do, freeing us up to do other things on our long list. Sarah created a gorgeous logo and print material that we have received great feedback on. We look forward to continuing to work with them.
